At Solary Electricals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
